She is passionate about clinical research, translating scientific advancements into direct patient care, digital medical education, and knowledge sharing within the healthcare community.

Adriana is a cardiovascular health advocate who has engaged in a multifaceted approach to cardiology through legislative advocacy, leadership in national, state, and regional cardiology organizations, research, and patient support groups. Over the years, she has developed a particular interest in congenital and structural heart disease, as well as genomics and precision medicine through her work with the National Institutes of Health's All of Us Research Program.

Priyansh is an Internal Medicine resident at Jacobi/Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He previously worked as a research fellow at BIDMC and WHOCC (Mumbai). He founded WYHF in 2020 and has been working in global cardiovascular health ever since. He is a World Heart Federation Emerging Leader and J&J One Young World Scholar.
