Founder and President

Priyansh Shah

Final Year Medical Student at Baroda Medical College. Wishes to become a Cardiac Surgeon in the future. Worked with MSAI, IFMSA and Incision. Co-founded MyAlivio and Polygraph. Chief organizer and Licensee of TEDxMSUniversityofBaroda. All these diverse experiences motivated him to work more on inter sectoral collaboration and Cardiovascular Health which led to the formation of WYHF.

Vice President for Internal Affairs

Dr. Nipun Nagpal

Aspiring healthcare entrepreneur, and currently involved in family business. Former National President of Medical Students Association of India (2018-19) and Chair of MSAI-UNESCO Bioethics Unit. Currently working as a house doctor at a cardiology hospital and pursuing a postgraduate diploma in Medico Legal Law and Ethics, with plans to pursue an MBA.

Vice President for External Affairs

Shweta Poduval

Shweta is a Final Year Medical Student from Grant Government Medical College, Mumbai. She has worked extensively in the field of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights with various organisations including MSAI, IFMSA and ISAY Advocates. She would like her to broaden her horizon of work in health-related advocacy and this passion for advocacy is what drove her to work for WYHF.

Final year MBBS student residing in Vadodara. Passionate about co-curricular activities. Looking forward for a great working experience at WYHF.

B.Tech in Information Technology. Passionate about deep learning technology. Interned at the Centre of Excellence-Artificial Intelligence at Indian Army, Indore. Advocating the usage of applied AI to solve complex real-world problems.

CA Hardik Dave

Practicing Chartered Accountant with specialization in startup consulting and tax & regulatory laws. Mentor for startups and budding entrepreneurs. Love to share knowledge through YouTube videos, Corporate Training and Guest lectures. Worked with Ernst & Young LLP (‘E&Y’) and Baker Tilly International for around 5 years prior to commencing consulting practice.

National Director of Research

Dr. Ajit Singh

Dr. Ajit Singh, Ph.D. (Cardiology/Heart Failure), a young scientist is serving as ‘Principal Investigator’ of ‘Manipal Heart Failure Registry’ at Kasturba Medical College and Hospital, Manipal and also working as ‘Senior Drug Scientist’ at Scope Medics, Hyderabad. He has been served as an investigator for many international clinical trials and received several international research and travel grants. He recently honored by ‘Young Achievers Award 2019’ and ‘Young Scientist Award 2020’ for his Research in Cardiology.

National Director of Technology

Dr. Nabeel P M

Dr. Nabeel received the B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from Kerala University in 2012, and the MS and PhD degrees in Biomedical Instrumentation from IIT Madras, in 2019. Currently, he is a Research Scientist in the cardiovascular division of HTIC – IIT Madras. His research interests include mathematical modelling of physiological systems, cardiovascular science & engineering, biomedical signal processing, and medical instrumentation/sensor development. His scientific contributions reflected in the scope and quality of over 50 publications, and one issued & four pending patents.

Regional Director - North

Dr. Chhavi Sharma

Pursuing Internship at Lady Hardinge Medical College,New Delhi. Former Vice President-Internal Affairs at MSAI (2018-19). Founder, Be The Change - A Young Professional Group of Medical and Nursing Students at NQOCN-India.

Regional Director - East

Neeti Kargil

A Medical Student at NEIGRIHMS, Shillong. He's currently serving as RDA Meghalaya at MSAI; have worked with Organ India and also with Neptune Foundation to help underprivileged HIV+ patients with adequate nutrition and other medical assistance at grassroot level. An active debater, speaker since school days, he enjoys exploring places, culture and people. Being from North East India, he's determined to portray the issues faced by the indigenous community in national and international level especially in health care sector. He's a space enthusiast, wishes to do aerospace medicine and believes in " Mars, we're coming" .

Regional Director - West

Diksha Joshi

She is a medical student in India and is actively involved in spreading LGBTQ+ acceptance, especially amongst the scientific and medical community. Also an avid quizzer and dancer, she spends most of her after hours participating and conducting events for the college clubs and societies.

Regional Director - South

Vinith M V

An organised, driven, hardworking student with an excellent educational record, passion for health and wellbeing and extensive experience in hospital settings. Enthusiastic, intrinsically ambitious student of medicine eager to pursue a lifetime commitment towards Neurosurgery. Research passionate with extensive knowledge of the human body and medical solutions through extra-curricular study. Continuously working to improve performance at the individual and practice level with a strong background experience working with minority and grass root level population.
